Our fee schedule is designed for complete transparency, providing you with all the details upfront so you can budget and plan with total confidence. Required Fees
- Non Refundable Application Fee: $20 per applicant (must provide proof of income)
- Security Deposit: One month’s rent
- Amenity Fees: $65 per month (use of pool, gym & club house)
- Renters Insurance: Required $100,000 (minimum) liability
Other Fees
- Garbage Concierge: Daily service $15 per month (optional)
- Storage Fee: 6’x 6’ locker $75 per month – 6’ x 10’ locker $150 per month
- Parking Pass: 1br-1 spot included, 2br-2 spots included ($50 each extra pass per month)
- Pet Fee: $60 per month/pet (dog weight limit 40lbs) breed restrictions apply – 2 pet max
Utilities
- Sewer/Water/Trash: Resident responsibility
- Electric: Resident responsibility
