Move-In Items
- Application Fee (Non-Refundable): $20 per applicant
- Security Deposit (Refundable): One month’s rent

- Trash Disposal Fee – $30 per month
- Utility Fee – Electric – Third Party Billing
- Utility Fee – Internet/Cable – Third Party Billing
- Renters Insurance: Required $100,000 (minimum) Liability
